Apple took to the stand to announce hardware revision for its desktop computers that tend to get drowned in the noise generated around the phone, tablet, and the laptop. Starting next month, Apple will roll out the 21.5-inch iMac fitted with a 2.7GHz Core i5 processor, GeForce GT 640M graphics, 8GB of RAM, and a 1 TB hard drive for starting price of Rs. 85,900.
In December, Apple will begin shipping the 27-inch (2560 x 1440) flagship iMac model for starting price of Rs. 122,900. The configuration offers a choice between Core i5 and Core i7 line of processor, up to 3TB of storage, 128GB SSD for system cache, and four USB 3.0 ports. Both models lack an optical drive, and come bundled with a  wireless mouse and keyboard.
